The decision of the court of general jurisdiction of Germany is recognized and allowed to enforcement on the territory of Ukraine

In February 2021, Lex Alers Ltd. ensured the recognition of the court’s decision of the Federal Republic of Germany (Federal Land Essen, General Court of Wiesbaden) on damages for undelivered goods under the agro-commodity export contract in the amount of Euro 122,000.00 in Ukraine. According to the peace agreement concluded with the Defendant, the Defendant (Ukrainian agricultural producer) will voluntarily fulfil the decisions within a year from the signing of the settlement agreement by refunding the undelivered goods (at the latest until January 31, 2022) and partially deliver two item positions of the undelivered goods during October 2021.
