Recognition and enforcement of France general jurisdiction court’s decision in Ukraine

 The procedure for the recognition and enforcement of France general jurisdiction court’s decision of on the territory of Ukraine has been opened

In February 2022,  the proceeding in the District Court of First Instance of the city of Odessa for the recognition and enforcement in Ukraine of the decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction of France (Cannes, Provence) has been opened. The case concerns the enforcement of a French court judgment in Ukraine on the performance of an investment contract for the purchase of real estate in France (the price of the claim and the investment obligation is EUR 24 million).
