The decision of the court of general jurisdiction of France is recognized and allowed to enforcement on the territory of Ukraine

In March 2021, we have completed the case in the court of the first instance of the city of Kharkiv on the recognition and enforcement of the decision of the French court (Paris, court of general jurisdiction, the third department of the judicial-administrative system of the city) in Ukraine. The decision, admitted to the execution, concerns of the debt recovering for the delivered goods (production equipment) in the amount of 68,456.00 Euro. After the brief negotiations with the Defendant, a peaceful settlement of the dispute was reached at the stage of the decision enforcement. The decision was voluntarily fulfilled by the Ukrainian side with a discount of 8% of the total amount of the debt.
