The decision of the court of general jurisdiction of Poland is recognized and allowed to enforcement on the territory of Ukraine

In June 2021, we have completed the case in the court of the first instance of the city of Lwiw on the recognition and enforcement of the decision of the Poland court in Ukraine. The decision, admitted to the execution, concerns of the debt recovering for the delivered goods (agro production) in the amount of 108,008.00 Euro. After the brief negotiations with the Defendant, a peaceful settlement of the dispute was reached at the stage of the decision enforcement. The decision is set for the voluntarily fulfillment by the Ukrainian side with a discount of 4% of the total amount of the debt and with the payment by rate installments in the period of one year.
